60 minutes of mindful movement

Designed to support your nervous system, your energy flow, and your sense of belonging in the natural world.

In each 60-minute session, you receive gentle guidance through flowing movements, intentional breathwork, and grounding postures supporting energy flow, circulation, and relaxation.

The outdoor setting brings fresh air, natural light, and a felt sense of connection to the earth beneath you and the sky above. You leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more rooted in your body.

The more friends you bring, the lower the per-person rate. Both tiers run the same 60-minute session.

Group of 6

$35 / person

Minimum group size to run a class

Forming a Group Classes need a minimum of 6 participants to run. Invite a friend, gather your family or coworkers, or call us to join the next forming session.

What to Wear & Bring

Come comfortable, leave restored

A short checklist so you arrive ready to fully drop in.

  • Loose, comfortable clothing for easy movement
