What to expect

Sessions begin by settling the body. Feet ground, breath slows, attention refines. Guided Tai Qi introduces slow, precise movement and rhythm. Repetition builds trust, and ease and enjoyment emerge naturally.

An additional $25 when serving outside the San Gabriel Valley. Sessions are held outdoors, weather permitting. Unless fully independent, caregivers stay and observe; a waiver is signed before the first session.
